When should I give my dog CBD Treats?

Really, it’s up to you! You can integrate the treats as part of your dog’s every day diet, or just use them for certain events. Some examples of situations we like to use them for are:

Before a standard trip to the vet (ask your vet beforehand if they are planning on taking blood)
For long car rides
Fourth of July/New Years/any time there are fireworks
After a very active day to support inflammation/soreness
Prior to a training session/class
When our older dogs are feeling a little stiff
For a day at doggie daycare
Before taking them to a new setting they’ve never been before
When company comes over

How to use:

Suggested use: Start with approximately 1 mg per 10lbs split into an AM and PM dose. Each chew contains 2mg CBD.

Example: 80lb dog would get 8mg (4 treats). That would be two treats in the AM and two in the PM.

Every dog is different! Some may need more or less, so adjust as needed.
