How to use:

How much do I take?

I don’t have enough good to say about this product. It quite literally has saved me from my own brain. I suffer from severe anxiety, and over the last two weeks it’s been at an all time high. Whether it be racing thoughts or physical symptoms (chest pains, heart palpitations, sweaty palms, etc.) I’ve been unable to get any control over my own thoughts and feelings. This has helped tremendously with my Cervicogenic headaches. I have been suffering from 3-4day long pounding headaches for months now and I just went three weeks without a headache! I actually ran out of oil and just assumed I was cured and after a few days of not taking the oil I got my first headache and cried my eyes out. Needless to say I ordered two more bottles. Normal CBD tastes worse than nettle horse treats which is saying something so I was absolutely over the moon when this actually tasted nice and after half hour I was even happier because I was actually able to get up and start functioning like a normal human being. This is my first time using CBD in any form. I bought it to help with my hormonal migraines and PMS symptoms because they’ve been off the rails lately. Now, i can’t attest to the taste of the other ones and how they compare to the pineapple one because i’ve only used the pineapple. But I’ve tried this straight and mixed in a drink. The oil while mixed in a drink like orange juice or something else strong works for me. Taking it straight gets to work faster, but the taste isn’t that great to me. I need a chaser lol. As to the effectiveness, I haven’t even needed to use a full 1ML. I bought the 500mg to start, and I take half a dose and it knocks my migraines and any other pain right out there. It makes me incredibly relaxed, and takes away all of my anxiety. It’s so nice. I may experiment and try another flavor, but so far the pineapple is a winner. I will purchase from Kendall and Josh again 🙂

This CBD oil is amazing! I have tired so many other brands of CBD oils and absolutely nothing comes close to comparing to Higher Love Wellness. I buy the 1000mg (usually pineapple, sometimes watermelon) and within 15 minutes of taking it my period cramps are gone. It also has worked for me for normal headaches, not migraines, and within 20 minutes the pain is gone. In my opinion this works better and faster for me then Advil and is a natural alternative to OTC painkillers. I also like to take it right before bed to help me relax and calm my body down before sleeping.
