I HIGHLY recommend this product!!! I work in a kitchen, often times for 10-12 hour shift and I do not get a chance to sit down for long/take breaks. I also wear incorrect shoes with poor support so when I come home my hips feel excruciatingly painful and I have a very hard time sleeping or relaxing. I’ve tried Epsom salts and biofreeze however they don’t offer me the immediate relief like this product!!! I honestly thought it would only give me momentary relief, much like the other products I’ve tried and I would need to use a combination to calm my sore muscles. Now this is the ONLY thing I use and it’s amazing. The scent is relaxing, not overbearing or extremely chemically, the application is smooth, although I have to squeeze the tube to try and get the product out. I recommend this to anyone that stands for long periods of time, works out, or just simply has chronic pain. This truly is an amazing product does does what it says it’ll do!!

This gel is giving me my life back. When they call it a freeze… they mean a FREEZE! This stuff feels like holding ice right on my skin. I suffer from many health issues including fibromyalgia and nerve damage in my shoulder and back. The pain from those conditions can be debilitating. Out of everything I’ve ever put in/on my body to help my pain, this stuff is the only thing that has ever actually helped me. The first time I put this gel on my shoulders, I almost wanted to cry from relief. I love that it has arnica, and the menthol/peppermint/tea tree scent is incredible, it’s so fresh and invigorating but soothing as well. I use it every night before bed and can STILL feel the effects when I wake up in the morning. I can layer it on if I’m really aching badly, but it never leaves any residue. I’m in the middle of lots of Dr. appointments, trying to figure out the cause of inflammation in my body.
